From rock art to wildlife conservation and music, our expedition in South Africa was quite representative of the diversity the country prides itself with. We travelled to many different places in South Africa to film three episodes, from Soweto in Johannesburg to Mapungubwe all the way up North.  We were lucky to rely on very implicated and agile local partners, who made the expedition a lot easier and smoother than it could’ve been.
